Room Descriptions

The following are the descriptions of our room types: all rooms are en-suite (shower, toilet and basin in the room). The windows of the rooms at the front of the building facing the road are double glazed.

Captain's Cabin - an attractive budget single room. Although it is a small room (approx 5 square metres) with a single bed (80cm x 180cm) it is fitted with all the same facilities as the other rooms.

Single (small) - room (approx 7 square metres) with a single bed for single occupancy.

Single (plus) - room (approx 10 square metres) with a small double bed for single occupancy, slightly larger room.

Double (small) - room (approx 10 square metres) with a small double bed for 2 persons (4ft / 125cm wide).

Double (standard) - room (approx 11 square metres) with a standard size double bed for 2 persons (4ft 6ins / 140cm wide).

Double (large) - room (approx 15 square metres) with a standard size double bed for 2 persons (4ft 6ins / 140cm wide), 80% more space.

Twin (standard) - room (approx 11 square metres) with 2 single beds.

Twin (large) - room (approx 15 square metres) with 2 single beds.

Twin (combi) - B1 or B2 (two connecting rooms):

Twin room Option B1: Room 10 + Room 11.

These rooms have a connecting door. There is a Single (small) room plus a Double (small) room with 2 showers ,2 toilets and 2 televisions. (for room sizes see above).

Twin room Option B2: Room 23 + Room 24.

These two rooms have a private lobby.. There is a Single (small) room plus a Double (small) room with 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 televisions. (for room sizes see above).

Triple (standard) - Option A:

Room (for 3 persons), (approx 17 square metres) with a double bed and a single bed or alternatively two single beds and a single 'pull-out' bed.

Triple (combi) - B1 or B2 (two connecting rooms):

Triple room Option B1: Room 10 + Room 11.

These rooms have a connecting door. There is a Single (small) room plus a Double (small) room with 2 showers ,2 toilets and 2 televisions. (for room sizes see above).

Triple room Option B2: Room 23 + Room 24.

These two rooms have a private lobby.. There is a Single (small) room plus a Double (small) room with 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 televisions. (for room sizes see above).

Family - room (approx 18 square metres) with a double bed, a single bed and a single 'pull-out' bed.

All rooms have Mini fridges for your private use (except in single budget rooms unless requested).

Discounts

We also offer discounts for a stay over one night - the longer the stay the higher the discount.

An extra 5% discount is offered to overseas guests who pay their bill in cash (Sterling bank notes) due to the prevailing high exchange rate of the Pound Sterling.
